So I started dating this guy a few months ago and he told me right off the bat that he has a 7 year old son. I was a little taken back at first but I’m glad he didn’t hide it from me. I’ve met Connor a few times, my boyfriend gets him every other weekend. He’s a really sweet boy and I think he likes me. But his Mom is a real B! She’s always giving my boyfriend crap about everything. And then she’ll call us at like 8 o’clock on a Saturday night and say she wants to go out so we have to go pick him up! Ridiculous Right? Not to mention she’s not my biggest fan! Anyway the other night Connor was over and I tucked him and said “Goodnight” and he said “Goodnight Mommy I love you” It was cute but kinda weird. I went into the living room and told my boyfriend what Connor said and he said “Well you are a lot better than his mom.” Would you mind if he called you Mom?
Am I gunna cause MORE problems with his ex if I let this happen? I also don’t wanna let down this adorable little boy down!
