THINGS YOU HEARD US TALK ABOUT

I met the most amazing guy at a bar about a month ago. He came up to me and said I looked familiar. I thought it was a weird pick-up line but whatever, I had a few drinks in me and thought he was cute. He’s a little bit older, I take that back, A LOT older but I’ve dated a lot of young losers so I figured, why not!  We’ve gone out a few times, and are getting to know each other, and figured out through one of our chats that he used to date my MOM!  That’s why he said I looked familiar…I look just like my mom!  Apparently, they only went out a few times.  Weird, right?  He laughed it off, and said “Wait til your mom hears this!”  But, I’m scared to tell her…I’m not sure what her reaction’s gonna be…I mean it was years ago, she’s obviously over him…she’s married and had kids since.  I don’t want to give him up…I know why my mom liked him so much…he’s a great guy!

Should he be off limits or should I just go for it?  She won’t be mad, right,  because it was sooo long ago.
