Alzheimer’s New Jersey, formerly known as the Alzheimer’s Association Greater New Jersey Chapter, kicks off its “Walk to Fight Alzheimer’s” event this fall at locations in Ocean, Hudson, Mercer and Bergen Counties. The walk is the largest event for the organization to raise awareness and funds to support local programs for those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in New Jersey. One hundred percent of the funds raised by Alzheimer’s New Jersey support Garden State individuals and families.  MORE

PEI Kids Host Town Hall/ FIlm Screening at AMC 24 Hamilton

The film features adjudicated and at-risk Mercer County youth discussing a host ofssues including problems in the community and daily challenges they face. Special invited guests for this own hall-style event include State, County, and local officials.Seven13 films and Lawrence-based PEI Kids partnered to produce the documentary film which was moderated by Adrienne Bankert, ABC News National Correspondent, and taped at the Sam Naples Community Center in Trenton.PEI Kids' mission is dedicated to promoting and maintaining a safe environment for all children. Potential Inc. announces 2nd annual car show for autism

Newtown PA. Kurt Eberling Jr. and Mike Kettlye love car shows. They enjoy taking their WWII Jeep (1942 Ford) dressed the part as WWII GI’s and answering curious kids’ questions. They remember growing up listening to their fathers’ stories of WWII. Last year, they won “Best in Show, Kids’ Favorite” at Potential Inc.’s 1st car show for autism, dressed as Band of Brothers paratroopers.
