Stephanie has been given the job of telling one of her friends that she's been dressing like a slob. The friend is wearing clothes that don't fit and sometimes it looks like she's just rolled out of bed. How should Stephanie tell her friend (or should she just keep her mouth shut)?

UPDATE!
Stephanie and her friend went on a shopping trip and found some nice clothes for her friend to wear.  Her friend just wasn't comfortable asking people to help her pick out new clothes.
