Carrie Underwood had a concert in Atlantic City over the weekend. In the middle of her song she notices a guy proposing to his girlfriend and she stops and tells everyone to look at them! As if the guy wasn;t under enough pressure! Of course his girlfriend said YES! If your boyfriend proposes to you in an extremely public place, do you feel obligated to say yes?
